What’s it all about?

We are looking for an innovative, dynamic, driven and experienced Publisher Relationship Manager to join our fledgling international team who is passionate about delivering sales and profit growth, into our 20 programmes around the world, through effective management of the international card schemes, Visa, Mastercard & American Express.

Reward are one of the market leaders in a new performance marketing technology called Card Linked Offers, or as we call it, Personalised Card Linked Offers. PCLO is one of the fastest growing sectors in performance marketing that turns bank communication channels into smart marketing channels for retailers.

It’s like the affiliate networks but instead of cookies we track with payment cards. Instead of an offer to all, every customer gets a personalised offer based on their historic spend. Pretty clever no?

If you are an autonomous, commercially driven, exceptionally organised with a proven track record of managing global enterprises, then this could be the perfect fit for you. This position will be central to the company’s expansion across the globe and there will be plenty of career growth opportunities.

You’ll be constantly developing market expansion by building strong relationships with the schemes whilst identifying strategic opportunities, across various industries and time zones so each day will bring a new and exciting challenge.

You need to have at least three years’ experience working in the international teams at financial institutions or similar with clients around the world.

The international team work with 20+ markets and growing, delivering Personalised Card Linked Offers (PCLO) content from global retailers to the worlds’ largest loyalty programmes.

We are on a mission to transform how retail brands and banks drive customer experience and relationships, and you’ll be a big player in taking this to our international clients. An exciting opportunity for anyone looking for the next challenge in their career.

The team are dynamic and resourceful; helping retail clients achieve their changing business goals and objectives by utilising Reward’s unique and global data insights.

Reward uniquely combine loyalty-tech and purchase insights to deliver profitable incremental sales.

Your role here will be to achieve growth by devising and executing an overall strategy for each scheme that expands Reward’s customer base whilst ensuring its continued strong presence.  You’ll recommend strategies to the schemes to widen the customer base and develop new markets and also provide ongoing relationship management to create long-term successful partnerships worldwide.

  • Commercial: Commercially focused; driving growth for both company and clients globally via a pro-active, can-do approach
  • Data Savvy: Confident in presenting insights, trends, proposals, and examining client campaign results
  • Consulting: Consultancy style approach providing advice based on insights and clients’ needs
  • Strategic: Delivering strategic international PCLO opportunities for clients to meet their objectives
  • Passionate: Passionate about retail or loyalty or card payments
  • Support: Supporting the on-boarding of issuers onto new loyalty programmes across the globe
